All items sold on SandraRose are digital downloads. Once a product is purchased, you gain immediate access to the files.

Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Instant digital downloads
  • PDF templates, Canva files, or editable formats
  • Bundled product collections

✅ Exceptions – When Refunds Are Granted

We may consider a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Corrupted File Download – If the file cannot be opened or used, and we cannot provide a working version.
  2. Duplicate Purchase – If the same product was purchased multiple times accidentally.
  3. Technical Incompatibility – If a product clearly states compatibility and it fails to work as such (with proof).

📝 Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include your Order ID and a brief explanation.
